Up to 24 hours before the start of the lesson, we will reschedule your lesson with no cancellation fee. If you cancel the lesson after that time, you will be charged 100% of the lesson fee as a cancellation fee regardless of the reason. In the case of multiple lessons such as semi-private lessons, the first lesson date will be used as the base date, and no refund will be made even if you withdraw from the class during the lesson periode.

２４時間以内のキャンセルの場合は日程の変更をさせていただきます。それ以降の変更・キャンセルは、キャンセル料金として理由のいかんにかかわらずレッスン代金の100%を申し受けます。セミプライベートレッスン等の複数回にわたるレッスンの場合は、その初回の日程を基軸とし、途中退会でも返金は致しません。
